Bristol Inflatable Run leaves everyone bouncing!

Following on from the Westonbirt Triathlon success earlier this weekend, we then decided to participate in a slightly less competitive but equally fun event in Bristol with their Inflatable Fun Run! The event was 5KM in distance but throughout the running route their was various inflatable to bounce, dive, and roll through! We were fortunate to be joined in team Sporting Family Change by some local individuals from both our HOPE programme and our Project Search socials. Whilst the event was intended to be fun rather than serious, there was some serious successes had! Sophie, from our HOPE programme, ran her first 5KM in years, whilst Ali (our new staff member) ran for the first time in years!
