We have a former international rugby star amongst our ranks! Former Bath and England Prop, Gareth Chilcott has joined us for the upcoming Westonbirt Triathlon in May 2019. Gareth will be completing the swimming leg of the sprint triathlon, participating alongside some amazing local families. They will complete the challenge as a relay; one person swimming, one cycling and one running.

Following such exciting news, we sat down with Gareth to discuss a host of topics from why he initially became involved with the charity to how he will prepare to ensure he is fighting fit come race-day.
